Audrey K. Bentz is a Partner in the Firm, focusing her practice on tort and professional liability matters. In 2003, Ms. Bentz graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Ms. Bentz earned her Juris Doctorate in 2006 from Valparaiso University School of Law. As a student, Ms. Bentz served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Philip P. Simon of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana and the Honorable Ronald F. Bartkowicz of the Cook County Circuit Court. Since joining Janik L.L.P., Ms. Bentz has successfully represented clients in both jury and bench trials, as well as administrative proceedings before various state professional boards.
  
Ms. Bentz is a member of the Ohio and Cleveland-Metropolitan Bar Associations and the Defense Research Institute.

Ms. Bentz is admitted to practice before the Courts of the States of Ohio and West Virginia, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio and Southern District of West Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Ms. Bentz is also a 2010 "Rising Star" in Ohio "Super Lawyers".
