Karen-Denise Lee is “Of Counsel” to the Firm, resident in Santa Monica, California, focusing her practice on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation

Ms. Lee graduated from Western Oregon University in Monmouth, Oregon in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education.  Thereafter, Ms. Lee obtained her Juris Doctorate from Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon in 1987. 

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Lee gained significant litigation and trial experience, in coverage and bad faith matters involving D&O, E&O, CGL, Property, Homeowners, Umbrella and Excess policies, with an emphasis on coverage for construction defect.

Ms. Lee is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of California, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Central Districts of California.

Ms. Lee is a member of the California Bar Association, Irish American Bar Association, National Association of Female Executives, and Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles.
