Ellyn T. Mehendale is "Of Counsel" to the Firm, focusing her practice on business litigation matters.

Since graduation magna cum laude from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Ms. Mehendale has concentrated on professional liability and employment related issues, including malpractice, discrimination, sexual harassment, workers' compensation and wrongful termination. Ms. Mehendale has bench and jury trial experience in state and federal courts, and has also represented employers in matters pending before various administrative agencies, including and Industrial Commission of Ohio, the National Labor Relations Board, the State Employment Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and the Department of Labor. Ms. Mehendale has also assisted employers in preparing and implementing handbooks, policies and procedures to limit their exposure to future litigation.

Ms. Mehendale is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of Ohio, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern District of Ohio, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
