Anthony R. Modd focuses his practice on business, insurance, tort, and professional liability litigation.  Prior to joining Janik LLP, Mr. Modd gained trial and litigation experience while representing parties in business, insurance, and professional liability litigation.  In 1998, Mr. Modd graduated, with high distinction, from the Ohio Northern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminal Justice.  He earned his Juris Doctorate in 2001 from the Ohio State University.  While in law school, Mr. Modd served as an Associate Editor of the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution.

Mr. Modd is a member of the Ohio and Cleveland-Metropolitan Bar Associations.  He is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
