Sean T. Needham focuses his practice on business and professional liability litigation with an emphasis on broker-dealer and investment advisor proceedings before FINRA and other regulatory authorities. Mr. Needham has significant experience in  complex commercial litigation, including mediation, arbitration, trials and appeals. In 2002, Mr. Needham graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelors Degree in Sport Science and went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2006 where he graduated with distinction. Mr. Needham is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of Ohio, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
