Crystal L. Nicosia is a Partner in the Firm, focusing her practice on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. In 2001, Ms. Nicosia graduated, cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. While an undergraduate student, Ms. Nicosia was inducted into Alpha Kappa Delta Zeta, the National Undergraduate Sociology Honor Society. Ms. Nicosia earned her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude in 2004 from the University of Dayton School of Law. As a law student, Ms. Nicosia served as an Executive Editor for Publication of the University of Dayton's Law Review.

Ms. Nicosia is a member of the American, Ohio, and Cleveland-Metropolitan Bar Associations, and the Defense Research Institute.

Ms. Nicosia is admitted to practice before the Courts of the States of Ohio, the United States Districts Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Ms. Nicosia is also listed as a 2007 "Rising Star" in Ohio "Super Lawyers".
