John J. Roszczyk focuses his practice on tort and professional
liability matters. Mr. Roszczyk graduated from Ohio University in 2000,
where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, and went on to earn
his Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law in 2003. Before
joining Janik L.L.P., Mr. Roszczyk spent four years in private practice
in Portland, Oregon, representing real estate developers, contractors,
and homeowners in a variety of construction defect and commercial litigation
disputes. Mr. Roszczyk is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association,
the Oregon Bar Association, and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
He is admitted to practice before the courts of Ohio and Oregon, and the
United States District Court in Oregon. |
