Keith W. Schneider is “Of Counsel” to the Firm, resident in Columbus, Ohio, focusing his practice on business litigation, professional liability, insurance coverage, and bad faith.

Mr. Schneider advises clients in matters involving labor and employment law, primarily in the defense of businesses in State and Federal courts against claims made by employees which extend to race, age, national origin and gender discrimination to retaliation claims. He advises companies on wage and hour matters and Family and Medical Leave Act requirements. Mr. Schneider also counsels business with regard to class action implications in the employment arena and provides counsel relating to general or specialized leave policies, employment manuals, employment contracts, trade secret protection, non-competition/non-disclosure agreement, severance and settlement agreements, at-will employment, unemployment compensation claims/defenses, and general labor/management issues.

Mr. Schneider’s experience also includes insurance coverage and bad faith matters, as well as defense of professional liability matters including negligence, ethics, licensing and malpractice claims brought against real estate agents, title agents, appraisers, doctors, dentists, nurses, and attorneys.
