David B. Shaver focuses his practice on tort and professional liability litigation.  In 2006, Mr. Shaver graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in History.  In May, 2009, Mr. Shaver earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Dayton School of Law.  As a law student, Mr. Shaver served on the University of Dayton Law Review as both an Executive Editor for Publication and the Executive Publications Manager.  Also during law school, Mr. Shaver served as a student advocate/defender before the University of Dayton Honor Council and was the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for the highest grades in both Criminal Law and Civil Practice and Procedure.  Mr. Shaver is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of Ohio.
